MANAGING YOUR GENES (EPIGENOMICS)
There are two essential ways to evolve and optimize your biology, active and passive. Active optimization involves following practices that elevate your Sleep and Mental, Physical, and Emotional states. We call this the 4 dimensions of LifeforceIQ. We can measure each one and improve it. Passive biological optimization is the management of your home and office environment to minimize the impact of toxins on your genes and biology. We call this your personalized “LifeForce Oasis”.
Although our genes are predisposed towards certain diseases they can be turned on and off by our lifestyle and exposure to toxins. Evolutionarily man has adopted to many environment changes over the last 5 million years. These genetic changes take time, but now we do not have time. In the 20th century we adopted electricity, artificial lighting, microwaves, cellphone – WIFI – and Bluetooth, polluted our air and water, and have become a society dedicated to suppressing chronic disease instead of treating the cause. This has created longer life spans with many years of suffering and debilitation. Diseases such as Alzheimer’s, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and arthritis was basically non-existent in the last century. With the industrial age came processed food and denatured agriculture, low fat diets, toxins chlorine and fluoride treatment in our water as well as drugs such as birth control and Xanax, Electro smog, and junk light. Even with a healthy lifestyle if we do not address these passive forces many will have genetic mutations, weakened immune systems, and fall victims to the same chronic diseases that are plaguing most of the modern world.
We intend to offer products and services that impact your environment. By visiting the Oasis or one of our future home showrooms (2021) you will be able to see firsthand the problems and solutions to the modern cesspool.
